Pennies for Leukemia | |
| As part of our Character Education program, Ballentine Elementary School students are participating in "Pennies for Leukemia". Each student has been given a collection box to take home and fill with coins to help fight leukemia. Track 3 will collect coins from May 13th through May 24th. You can donate online as well by clicking here. | |||

Given the weather forecast for this week, we are going to try to hold Track 1 & 3’s Field Day on Wednesday, May 22. However, if the weather forecast changes, on Tuesday night we will make an all-call to our Track 1 & 3 families to let you know what the new date will be. Track 2 and 4's Field Day will be on June 21. On all of our field days, K-2 will have field day from 10:00-11:30 and 3-5 will be from 1:30-3:00. This is a very fun way to celebrate the end of the school year with very active games and activities! |

| Meet Next Year's Teacher - June 3rd | |||
| Rising first through fifth graders are invited to meet your 2013-2014 teacher on June 3rd. This is a drop-in event from 4:30-6:00. Kindergarten students will meet their teachers after the staggered entry process in July (Tracks 1, 2, & 3) or August (Track 4). | |||
